  I love this store I'm not going to lie, but their customer service is horrible. Yesterday I went in there to buy a dress for my grandmother's birthday party, and the lady had an attitude because I didn't know where the tag was to show the size of the dress. Not only that, today I called because I needed to exchange my dress for a smaller size, and they tell me they're too busy to go and look to see if they have that size. That's the worst display of customer service I've ever dealt with. I've done retail and customer service all my life I would never tell a customer I'm too busy to go see what you need.
